The post-reset socio-economic model:
Reestablishment of authentic precolonial national identity
Reduction of capital flight
Industrial investment in human capital
Adoption of state-directed productive capacity
Creation of a self-sufficient economic model
Adoption of an Afro-hegemonic technocratic governance systemiA system whereby an independent technocratic body (whose performance is measured by KPIs and metrics) focuses exclusively on executing a predetermined long-term economic masterplan (funded by ring-fenced capital), while a legislature focuses on implementing a social enrichment model based on authentic indigenous African governance systems - consequently replacing non-African law and culture as the foundation of governance and societal engagement.
